Hello, my name is Sherry Blair. You may see my children and family in many of the photos of the attractions around the area. This is because we are a local, family-owned & operated website. The main focus of our site is to bring new & fresh information about local events and attractions in and around the Parker County area.
We hope you like our stories and reviews. Visiting & reviewing the local attractions is one of our favorite things to do as a family. There are a lot of new families moving to the area who are also looking for fun things to do, good places to eat, and where to shop in Weatherford, but they don’t know where to go.
In fact, there have been locals who have lived here all their lives, that told me they appreciate our site because they never knew some of these attractions existed. Our goal is to encourage family time by giving our visitors up-to-date information on all the events and attractions around the area, while promoting the local businesses. The great news is a lot of these events and attractions are FREE! You don't need to spend a fortune to create life long memories with your family. There is fun wating for you right in your own back yard!
About Our Site
We have been working hard for over 2 years to optimize our site with target keywords and SEO in order to rank high with the search engines. Our website is on page #1 for many relevant Google, Yahoo, Ask & Bing search terms. What does that mean to you? More front page search engine visibility means more new visitors will visit our site and see your ad.
As Weatherford residents, we want to see our town grow & flourish. We also want to make sure that our advertising clients get what they pay for. This is why we have waited until we had lots of website traffic to launch our advertising campaign. In fact, as of July 10, 2010, we are averaging 215 visits per day! And what's even better is they are looking for local businesses.
For example: In the month of June 2010, 1,373 various total keywords were used by visitors(many multiple times) which resluted in 612 Real Estate related page views and 802 Restaurant related page views!
