This quiet neighborhood park is located on the West side of Weatherford Texas. Although it is not too big, my children love this park.
This park is very well taken care of with well manicured lawns and pretty summer flowers. There is also plenty of colorful playground equipment to keep the young ones busy.
It also has a large swing set, a basketball court, and paved pathways which are great for tricycles and scooters. There are many shade trees, park benches and picnic tables for the parents to relax.
This park is far enough back from the main road to feel very private. There is a church on one side of the street, and houses face the park from the other side, so it also feels very safe.
Directions: This park is located at 1501 Ball Street. From the Courthouse Square, take Mineral Wells Hwy (180 W.), until you pass the Ranger Highway split. Stay straight on Mineral Wells Hwy, and then make a right on Garner Rd. Go 3 blocks up, and Miller Park is on the left.
