Well, if you haven’t been to Chandor Gardens, you would never know that there is a 30' tall waterfall in the backyard garden of a beautiful mansion, right in downtown Weatherford!

Chandor Gardens, located in the historic district of Weatherford, is a perfect mix of both English traditional and Chinese gardens.

And this garden is, by far, one of the prettiest places to visit in downtown Weatherford Texas.

Located on top of a hill, and behind tall brick walls, is an enchanting 3.5 acre estate complete with a 5600 sq. ft. mansion.

The grounds of the estate intertwine with pathways that meander around meticulously manicured hedges, blooming trees, flowers, fountains, and yes, even a 30 ft waterfall!

Tucked away and hidden from the naked eye, are little secret gardens waiting to be discovered.

Statues of oriental flavor also dot the grounds, along with gazebos, and garden bridges that cross ponds full of Koi.

Weatherford Texas - Chandor Gardens Wedding

Chandor Gardens is located only a few blocks from Cherry Park at 711 W. Lee Ave.

Hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays. Admission is $5 for ages 13 to adult and ages 12 and under are free.
