This website was designed to benefit the Parker County community with local information for residents, along with tourist information for visitors.
We welcome you to email us with your local event or “Parker County" Story. All events, attractions, and stories are subject to approval and we make no guarantees that it will be published.
Submission Guidelines:
Events and attractions: If you have an attraction or are hosting an event in Parker County that is not yet listed, please email us a minimum of 2 weeks in advance with details about the attraction, operating hours, cost, and photos. We especially like FREE events or events that are FREE with a canned food donation to a local charity.

We are very interested in the schedules of local bands that play in restaurants and around the area. We are currently compiling a “Live Bands” list which will include website links, show schedules, photos, and audio files. Bands are encouraged to send us information about their band, website links, photos, and links to their audio files.
Churches are welcome to email events such as VBS schedules, and Harvest Festivals. However, due to the large amount of churches in the area, we will not be able to list things such as Sunday service times and pot lucks.
Do you have a great story to tell? We would love to hear about your experiences in Parker County, and we may even publish it on our website. Please keep your stories short with a maximum word count of 1000. Please note that we will be checking all stories with Copyscape. We will not publish anything that has been published before (unless it’s your original work).
